Message	In Plano(suburb ofDallas), the wouldn't even come out to the car to take a report, let alone try to gather any evidence. All they would do is take a statement over the phone. "Too busy with other things" they said, yeah like writing tickets to make money instead of trying to solve crime and spending money. I know how you feel man, it royally sucks.
